When it comes to working with insurance issues and claims it can be a bit overwhelming, but working with the wonderful Kapatoes team of Great American Insurance Company has been a tremendous help. We recently went through a claims process that was initially denied. Because of Dane’s experienced advice we kept pursuing other avenues until we got the specific information needed from the refrigeration company we were dealing with. Dane and Nicole knew just how to advise us and to follow through as needed to get the claim approved and processed. They knew it would take time but that it was not worth giving up on. Thanks to them the check is going to the bank tomorrow!
